ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will also be responsible for but not limiting to the following duties:
Overall sales operations and customer service support to Sales function from Customer esquires
Review and sign commercial contracts with channel partners or customers
Be responsible for the whole process of customer order fulfillment from order, shipment delivery to customer, compliant settlement
Review backlog with sales &channel partner to provide reliable sales forecast
Work with team leader to ensure Smooth operations and resolve any operational problems to improve customer satisfactions while meeting sales operations KPI.
Follow policies procedures processes and work flow as per company guidelines.
Work cross function to ensure that customer needs can be fulfilled in time. Work closely with QRA team to ensure the daily operation 100% complied with GSP&NMPA requirement.
Support team leader to optimize commercial operations excellence aligned with business developing strategies.·Other tasks that assigned by supervisors
